您好,请您先查看下是否文档与笔记本已开启iCloud同步(已开启的会在下方显示一朵☁️);之后在主界面左下角的更多中选择iCloud,进入同步界面,看下是否有错误,如果有错误可以尝试关闭对应iCloud开关,30秒后再试;如果显示正在下载,那么还请您耐心等待:确保连接通畅的WI-FI,DNS设为114,保持在iCloud同步界面,以确保设备常亮,接通电源充电器;您也可以尝试重启下设备或还原下网络设置,同步功能我们在优化中,预计3.7~3.8会逐步改进,另外接力(handoff)功能可以实现传输,隔空投送(airdrop)也可以试下~
